The digitalization of society continues to accelerate, and the volume of data each individual handles in daily life is increasing at an exponential pace. Semiconductors—indispensable for collecting, processing, transmitting, and storing this vast amount of information—have become fundamental to modern living.
We have long dedicated ourselves to advancing ion implantation and annealing technologies, both of which are essential to semiconductor manufacturing. Ion implantation shapes the electrical characteristics of devices, while annealing optimizes the crystal structure of materials—technologies that together define semiconductor performance.
Our mission, however, extends beyond supplying manufacturing equipment. We strive to stand beside our customers throughout the entire lifecycle—from the early stages of process development, through the operation and maintenance of our systems, and through end‑of‑life.
